About the Event

MilesforMom 5K Walk & Run event was born in May 2023. It is a Celebration of moms and mother figures. It and annual event that takes place the Saturday before Mother’s Day at the National Park along the Seawall and back down the historic Carifesta Ave. ending with a celebratory finish in the park.

The 5K race starts with a pre-race soca warm up followed by a post-race lime with healthy refreshments, kids games and school sports.
